I built my success on survival. Then I learned a better way to live.
I built House of Her because I spent years living in the exact state I now help other women out of.

From the outside it looked like ambition.
It was survival.
For years, I looked like I had it all together. I was dependable. Ambitious. The woman everyone could count on. Ironically, I also had the education to understand the mind. I studied Psychology, trained in Positive Psychology, Yoga and Philosophy, coached for over a decade, and spent years helping other people change. And still, I couldn't see what was happening inside me. I thought I was driven. Looking back, I was surviving. I just didn't know there was a difference.
I didn't know that's what was going on. It just felt like who I was.
It took my personal life falling apart in the space of a month for me to finally stop. Only when everything went quiet did I see what had been happening all along. I'd been so focused on what was next that I was never fully in what was here. Not the wins. Not the people I loved. Not even my own life. That's where I began the work of coming home to myself.
A year later, after living and doing this work across South-East Asia, I hadn't become someone new. I'd simply become more myself. For the first time in my life, I felt at home inside my own life.
Most coaching teaches you to perform better. I help you stop performing altogether.
-
I lived it before I taught it
I don't teach this because I found a certification. I teach it because I had to live it first. My education gave me language. My own transformation taught me the work.
-
I work with the pattern, not the symptom
Better boundaries. Better communication. Better habits. They're all valuable. But if your nervous system still believes you have to earn your place, those strategies eventually break down.
-
I don't teach hustle disguised as empowerment
No girlboss scripts, no performance of vulnerability. Depth, and a space built for women who are tired of being the strong one.
She helped me recognize exactly where my patterns were costing me, and gave me frameworks I could apply. I had never had this work feel so actionable before.
The door is open.
Whether you're curious, ready to understand yourself more deeply, or ready to fundamentally change the way you lead, work, love, and live, there's a room waiting for you.
