Refund policy
Digital products
Everything sold through House of Her is a digital product, delivered as a download. Nothing is posted, so there is nothing to return.
Your right to change your mind
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as delivery begins. By completing your purchase you are asking for immediate access, and you accept that once your download link has been sent you no longer have the right to withdraw.
This is why we make it clear before you buy that Her Awakening is a digital ebook delivered straight to your inbox.
When we will refund you
We will refund you in full if:
- Your download link never arrived and we cannot deliver the files another way
- The files are corrupted or will not open, and we cannot supply working replacements
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- You were charged in error
Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will sort it out.
When we will not refund you
- You have downloaded the files and simply changed your mind
- You did not read the description and expected something different
- Your device or reading software cannot open a standard PDF or EPUB file. Tell us and we will help, but this is not grounds for a refund
Something went wrong?
Email selina@enterhouseofher.com before requesting a chargeback. Almost everything is a delivery problem we can fix within a day.
Coaching and bookings
Her Inner Circle and one to one sessions are arranged separately and are not bought through this shop. Their terms are agreed directly with Selina before any payment is made.
