By using this website or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we sell
House of Her sells digital products, currently the ebook Her Awakening, delivered as a PDF and an EPUB file. We also offer a free email newsletter and coaching arranged separately.
What you may do with what you buy
When you buy an ebook you get a personal licence to read it. You may read it on your own devices and keep your own copy.
You may not:
- Share, upload, forward or resell the files
- Reproduce the contents anywhere, in whole or in part
- Use the material in your own teaching, coaching or products
- Remove or alter any copyright notice or watermark
The writing, and everything else on this site, belongs to Selina Victoria and is protected by copyright.
Delivery
Your download link is emailed immediately after payment. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us and we will send it directly.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, though never after you have paid. Payment is taken securely by Shopify. We do not store your card details.
What this material is, and is not
Her Awakening and everything else published by House of Her is for education and reflection. It is not therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment or a clinical diagnosis.
It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a doctor or therapist. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Everyone's circumstances differ and we make no promise about results.
Your account and conduct
Keep your details accurate and your download links to yourself. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
Availability
We try to keep the site running at all times but cannot guarantee it is always available or entirely free of faults.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer that cannot legally be removed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
